On my F800GS 2013 the gear indicator became erratic. There are two error codes; the first eventually  clears out, but the second is permanent (10202 ).
10115 Gear position potentiometer
The fault is currently present.
10202 Supply voltage (5V) to Gear Selector potentiometer
The fault is currently present.

It is the gear selector potentiometer or some "device" that controls the voltage supplied?
