Unable to reset service reminder

My GS 911 WiFi does everything but reset the service reminders on my S1000xr and r1200gsa!   I only have apple.  Tried my Mac ,iPhone,and iPad no luck.  Yes I have done all the updates etc.... Yes I filed a trouble request.   I have done everything but use a Windows pc which I don't own.  I bought this thing because it said apple compatible.  Any thoughts on my $400 paperweight?
