2011 Bmw r1200gs engine vibration

https://youtu.be/Pox680P9dvM, can anyone shed some light on to where to go from here, engine is running badly and vibrating from 3500rpm, I have checked valve clearances, throttle bodies have been synchronised, ignition coils are working fine, I have balanced the idle actuators and a reset all adaptions and the problem has not changed at all

Is it normal for the lambda sensor voltages to differ as much as they do?........ faulty lambda?
