my new gs911 wifi arrived this week and am looking forward to playing with it on my new k1600 gtle. as i am a long way from a dealer and like riding and mucking on the bike i felt this was a necessary tool. just having issues to link with the home router. got it working at work and in d2d mode so learning all the time. sometimes i think dummies should help to write the tech and install manuals.

After trying another lap top at home and it not working  yet all  other devices were getting stuff thru the router I decided to reboot/unplug router and what do you know.....it now works.  Can anyone explain that.?

Some routers and some parameters dont change until after a reboot
