Thanks for the response, but I'm a bit lost here...
I assume that on the older bikes, both the engine (BMSK???) and ABS were on the same pin?
Is it possible that this older gs911 can't communicate with the BMSK pin??? (this gs911 only has 5 pins populated) Further, I'm wondering if the fact that the bike selections all ended in 2008 models indicates that this GS911 can't communicate with the (dedicated) BMSK pin.
We went through the fuses and only found one bad fuse, which, when replaced, the GS911 finally powered up when it was connected to the bike.
When "engine" was selected, the app gave a message that indicated "error" and unable to communicate... sorry, I didn't capture it and I am not where the bike is until tomorrow.
