Hi ciri,
10219: CAN-bus Timeout: no communication with ZFE
disconnect battery check voltage
remove fuel tank
check wiring to ZFE
disconnect ZFE, check the pins

is the ZFE fault??

Hi,
mostly not.
Check in connector J1 on ZFE pin 1/3/29 for battery plus
pin 5 for ground and pin 26 for ignition "15" plus.  I think here is something wrong.
In addition:
pin 17 can-h, pin 16 can-l >>maybe this connections failed. To measure these cables/connections you have to disconnect
all ECU's from the wiring.

And what is about this entry?

eh eh

i think this is going to far from my electric business...

i don't know about mileage..i have 30000 km write on computer...

let me se if i understood well

1 i have to remove all 2 connectors from ecu
2 with a tester i have to measure volt from a pin to black pole of battery (pin 5 for ground)? and one from red pole (pin 26 for ignition "15" plus)??

where i can find the numbers to check?wrote on pins??

am i right???

tomorrow i will do it!!
to be sure...i have to measure the volt...right?? in other words if there is passage of electric current??

thanks and sorry for my ignorance!!!( i mean...electrical one!!ahah)

ok
....I am reading your post and I realized I did not understand a couple of thing:

what does it mean "pin 26 for ignition "15" plus"??

also "pin 17 can-h, pin 16 can-l "

and...which is the connector J1? the high or lower??

Hello ciri,
connector is marked by J1 on the body of ZFE.
And if you use a good translator :) maybe this would help:

hi

here is my test...

FROM ZFE pins        to       RED                           FROM CABLE        to       RED

1                              0,010                                                0
3                               0,010                                                0
26                             0,008
29                             0,006                                                 0

FROM ZFE pins        to       BLACK

5                                 0                                                  0

i made 2 measure (cable and zfe...i am pretty sure one is nonsense but....)

i miss "pin 26 for ignition "15" plus"??

also "pin 17 can-h, pin 16 can-l "

because i don't understand what i have to do....thanks!!!!

sorry for being late

Ok. This is voltage measurement

Disconnect J1 from ZFE.
pin 1/3/29 in connector plug at the red line of your voltage meter, black to battery ground > battery voltage min 12,6V
pin 5 black line and red to battery positiv > same result > 12,6V
pin 26 red line and black to ground cycle ignition on > same result> 12,6 V

pin 17 can-h, pin 16 can-l >>maybe this connections failed. To measure these cables/connections you have to disconnect
all ECU's from the wiring. Then!! Resistance measurement!
after disconnect the battery!

pin 17 to BMS-K pin 53
pin 16 to BMS-K pin 52

pin 17 to ABS pin 30
pin 16 to ABS pin 15

here you have to read 0 Ohm Ω, otherwise check the cables for chafe marks.
Important points > wire straps

I think you need a wiring diagram. Please be careful, that's a professional job.
