No, the hardware you have does not have the communication capabilities necessary for that to work.

You need to buy the new model, the GS-911wifi, to use it with an iPhone.

I believe that have been asked and answered previously by the Hexcode staff. As far as I remember the company don't buy things back.

You will of course lose some money but I think you should be able to sell it second hand. The tool you have works on almost all bike models, except for the newest, and there are far more other phones in use worldwide than iPhones.
