R1300 RT add new factory top case to central locking?

Hi all,  I purchased a 2026 R1300 RT that did not come with a top case. Ordered one afterwards (full size factory) and the central locking and/or heated back rest does not work. So assuming this needs to be activated somewhere. Dealer is looking into it.....But I have a GS911. I hooked it up yesterday, and tried to test the central lock system with the top case plugged in. Will not activate, and get an error message on my laptop. Didnt try unplugging the topcase and then running the test, but may try later.  Has anyone added a topcase to the canbus?  The central locks work on the panniers. Brake light I installed in the topcase works (so I know it has power). But no central lock or backrest heat. Appreciate any help. Would like to save a trip to the dealer if possible

With a retrofit of any device which interlinks into central locking I would expect it would need programming by the Dealer

The Dealer spares should have flagged that it would need programming at the time of purchase

Re GS911 I would lodge a support ticket & support would get you to submit a debug log to take a look at what is occurring
