Unable to reset service reminder

Bike is a 2018 Urban GS. GS911 Wifi, connected to PC by USB.
All updates loaded.
I used to be able to connect via cable and reset the service reminder, now when I try it does not do it, it says:

"Not all expected responses were received from the controller. If this behaviour persists, please contact support"

And then the modification is not done.
Has the software changed in the last year or so? I used to do this regularly. Maybe I am using a mileage that is too high, or a date to far in the feature? Ideally I don’t ever want service reminders….

software is tweaked and goes through a few major revisions a few times a year

reach out to hex support - you might have found a funny - clear the log files (options or somewhere) and then do another fresh session send one most recent dubug file where you have replicated the error - should help them get you pertinent info about the issues quicker
