"Unable to Connect" when going to the Download page

I have an older GS911 I use with my 2004 BMW R1150RT. I had to get a new computer so I wanted to download the software to use the GS911, but I get a Unable to Connect error.

I'm using a Windows PC (HP Pavilion x350) running Windows 11 Home

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

I have no issues downloading the installer, I would suggest checking the settings on the new PC, what browser are you using ?, are you able to browse the web & download files from other sites ?
