How to clear a TPMS sensor
« on: August 03, 2022, 03:23:04 AM »
Hello all. Yesterday I received the following message on my GS-911 when trying to manually entered the Serial Number from my rear tire sensor. "A known sensor cannot be used before being cleared from its current slot". Anyone know how to clear a serial number from an existing sensor?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!

It does not work like that!
Once registered in the RDC control unit, the control unit expects this serial number in the learned position. (e.g. rear wheel)
Remove wheels and swap front and rear sensors, now the sensors can be re-registered according to the position.
