Error loading software

I've just bought a new Microsoft Surface laptop with a snap dragon processor but having an issue loading the software with an error stating that 'debugging software has been found on this computer' Bitlocker is also enabled should that make a difference? I gather EzCan software is compatible with Snap Dragon processors?

Fixed, you need to change the emulation settings to 'safe emulation'

I would deactivate BitLocker, I noticed only 1 of 3 notebooks auto activated it recently

I would also lodge a ticket with Hexcode & ask if they would like to look at the logs

I had to change the emulation settings also on my surface snapdragon, all good now, great 12 inch laptop.
