Can I unlock Dynamic Pro riding mode with a GS-911?

Howdy! I have a 2021 F750GS and recently moved away from any BMW dealer. After they'd done my first 600 mile service, they never unlocked Dynamic Pro mode for me, but I didn't notice. By the time I did, I'd already moved away. I recently got a GS-911wifi to reset the service reminder after an oil change. Is there any way I can unlock the Dynamic Pro riding mode with it? I tried looking around the menus but I didn't see anything that indicated it would help with that. Thanks in advance for any help!
