Please Help I broke my bike

Hi I have a 23 model GSA Tripple Black today I needed to reset the service reminder so I updated the GS911 to the latest software and connected it to my bike via USB to my computer I had a battery charger connected.

The reset worked fine then I changed the heated grips from the two settings to six and adjusted the percentage sequentially that also worked fine.

Then I thought I would enable the sport screen and that's where the problems started the screen went black and the only way I could get it back was to temporarily disconnect the battery.

I tried to do the backup restore and that kept crashing, now it will start and the TFT only has basic information and nothing works, the nearest Dealer is 400kms away  ::)

Please can anyone help?

I can't upload the photos however the errors I'm getting are no code stored and alarm system failure it's not fitted with an alarm.

Thanks for the reply I have managed to get the restore to work I think there must have been an issue with there server when I tried before it's all working good now.

Good to hear it is now OK, I would still lodge the ticket & upload logs, there is another thread re issues in coding TFT & I know Hexcode have been looking into issues, all feedback helps
