USB Disconnects after about 30 seconds

First time I need this unit and it won't work. Freaking out. Everything connects fine, then the USB just disconnects and reconnects. Then I get about 30 or 40 seconds and it repeats. I NEED THIS WORKING GUYS. 1000's of miles away from home travelling and paid a lot for this tech and have a problem. Changing the USB cable di not solve anything. Reloading drivers did not fix problem. HELP!!!!!

Have you tried the smart phone app, or wifi connection? USB into a laptop I presume, how about the old "reboot laptop" thing. PC app or Utility?

Forgot about the phone app. Thanks. Will try it tomorrow. Still would like to know what the USB keeps hanging. Try again in the morning.

I had the same problem and it was fixed after I restarted my computer.
