ezCAN GEN II failure

ezCAN Gen II failed, LED light was off, I checked the fuse, the fuse was okay, removed the device from the bike and bench-tested, and the same result no LED light.

Purchased a replacement from MOTO MOTO in Canada, and the price was considerably more than the last time I purchased one.

No problem, I'll put it here so that guys searching can follow the correct steps - simply send through an email to support@hexezcan.com with the details of your problem and we can run through our standard troubleshooting guide - remember to include the following:
- Your serial number.
- The device config file, this is available from the drop down menu > export. Simply save and attach the file.
- Any info on what has been done and what those results were.
