ezCAN at launch freezes and I have to reboot, any advice?

Thank you for the details provided. Are you running the ezCAN software on a virtual machine?

If not, are you running it through a USB hub?

Have you tried re-installing the program? Remember to uninstall it from your control panel > uninstall a program.
