F800 GS Start Fault

Good day. I used the HEX 911 tool to serves and inspect my F 800 GS 2009 model bike and found no faults. It does not want to start. The ignition turns and it goes thru the process of trying to start, but it is as if the engine does not receive fuel. I have replaced the fuel pump and battery but still it only makes the start sounds but never starts. Any one have advice on what it could be?
