Firmware update

Hi. I have a gs911 Wifi which I haven't used for ages and I am trying to update the firmware. Every time I try I get the message 'Interface returned an Error'. I have tried with Mac and PC and get the same message. Any ideas how I can get round this?

Which update method are you attempting, using the web interface or via the WiFi Utility ?, try again with the WiFi utility

Same here, tried everything, but nothing works.(10 pin GS911 WiFi Pro)
I use the WiFi utility.
Reinstalled the programs, othor cable, other computer....... but no result.
Firmware recovery doesn't work.
GS 911 works fine on my 2010 1200 GSA.
Who knows the solution?

Not sure why attempting a recovery when it works with your GSA. Lodge a support ticket with Hexcode https://www.hexcode.co.za/contact-us-1

Solved!
On advice of Jos, owner of GS911 Benelux, the problem solved.
Connect the GS911 on my WiFi network.
Click "Open diagnisis app in browser"
Then update.
It works fine here.
