Problem Applying Firmware updates

Hi, just download and install V 1912.2. When trying to apply firmware updates it respond with a message "The Interface Returned an Error.

Try using the web interface to do the update & see what the result is

I got the same error message when I tried my last update

When I reconnected it to my PC the following day, hoping to try again, everything was fine.
It showed the latest version and was up to date.
