Unable to Install Firmware Update

I keep getting the error message "Time out while receiving data".  Windows 10. Fast internet access.  It's a new computer, onto which I installed GS911 software last night without issue.  It's the red, WiFi version.

also downloaded the current version of the GS wifi utility and followed the instructions?

Yes. New computer, so I had to install the software. I reset the service reminder on my GS, so it's working. In hindsight, I was scrolling through the software and saw the Update Firmware option. This is where I got the error.
