I Need some insight, I have just replaced the fuel strip on a 08 K1200S K40, and when trying to do calibration process, it keeps saying that there is an error with calibration process. The strip is new and dry.
could there be something wrong on the bike side?
not enough voltage ?
it takes a while and drains the battery heating up the strip on and off
add decent power supply keeping volts up (BM cars mandate 15 volts just to stop fiddly fingers), the bike's were less fussy - but new feature on the tool - they have enabled one to alter the nag point of when its insufficient....
get it above 13.5volts and try again - I have had it fight you

I tried with the voltage at 14vdc consistant, and still there is an error with the calibration.
