Hi Larry,
It is a great pleasure. We aim to always have up to date descriptions for the fault codes, but there are some of the thousands that we've never seen before!
In that case bmwfault.codes is a great resource ;)
Kind regards,
Francois
I'm currently in a great position, as my bike is new and running very well. Our 2020 riding season is drawing to a close (temp this morning 34F/1C) and I have been reading new (and old) threads to try and learn something from all of you more experienced folks. What symptoms were noticed on a ride, what was found with troubleshooting, etc.
Of course it's always more fun to troubleshoot when you're not standing beside your bike on a lonely road with limited tools and no cell service. I hope that my memory will be able to store just a few of the tips away for that future day should it be me or someone I can help along the road.
Best regards,
Larry
