Title: Failed to extract driver!

Got a GS 911 for christmas. but when I try to install the GS911 Downloader, I keep getting a popup that says "Failed to extract Driver".
Where do I go from here? Can't play with my new toy. Frustrated.

Log a ticket at the help desk with as much information as possible, ie. which version of Windows you are using, 64 bit or 32 bit, anti-virus running or not (probably the problem - check your AV logs), is there enough disk space etc.
