Over the past weekend the Hexcode server went off-line for an extended period due to unforseen growth in the number of user connections. This caused a high load on the server that led to unexpected failure.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused to many users, especially new customers trying to register their devices. We recognise that we are experiencing some growing pains and we are working on increasing the available resources to prevent more down-time like this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

I was able to access the website today.  All is well and good.
