Title: GS911 Failed to update

Hello to all !

I have GS-911. The device works correctly. I have connected couple bikes with no problem.
Few days ago there was an update, which I can't install.
First try on MacOS, then on Windows 10 - on both OS can't install update.
When using the desktop application and select update, the update procedure is starting and after while it just reboots and offer to update again.
I connect the device to my wifi network and select update via web menu. After select update I see the progress bar about download and install,
but after reboot there was errors (attached files).
In web menu in top corner I see blink text:
No response...retrying 2.3.4....

Does anyone have the same problem?

The screen shot shows the firmware is rather old but the data pack is the current version, I would suggest lodging a support ticket with Hexcode

First try on MacOS, then on Windows 10 - on both OS can't install update.
When using the desktop application and select update, the update procedure is starting and after while it just reboots and offer to update again.

Does anyone have the same problem?
When using the desktop application, I couldn't install update on a Win 10 system, but when I tried on a Win 7 system, the update installed successfully. Strange!
