Title: Change registration details

I have purchased a second hand gs911 blu.
The previous owner is registered and only one vin has been used. It is the enthusiast version.
Can the registration details be changed to my details and if so can you detail how to do that.

You can't do it yourself.

Drop a mail to support@hexcode.co.za (support@hexcode.co.za). If you supply your GS911 serial number and your personal details, I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

No, you can. Just run the GS-911 Downloader. Your registration details are at the top of the page and you can also change it.

I received the info from the help desk as well and have tried a dozen times. Each time I load the downloader and follow the procedure, Choosing the software screen comes up but the owner registration details section is not shown. Only the sections on which software download to choose, nothing above that ?
I have checked to see that pop ups aren't blocked. Using Win XP
any ideas?

Just tried it on an old XP-box. Owner information is visible above the download options and there are nice buttons to make changes. Both Chrome and IE8 seem to work.

I think you need to supply more information about your environment for anybody to be able to help.

Screenshots, GS-911 Downloader version and what browser you use are the first things I come to think of could help.
