Title: Replacing ABS-module
Post by: Gunleif on July 15, 2018, 11:42:38 PM
Hi.
I`m going to replace the Abs-modulator at a 2007 K1200 Gt with a second hand module. After mounting, is it just taking bleedtest, and bleeding, or is it anything else i should do with the GS911?

Take care. Gunleif.

As I recall, if you use a module from a different model it will need to be re-coded to the current bike. If it's from a K1200 then it should be o.k.

Hi. Thank`s for answering. Recoding must be done at BMW workshop?

If required, yes. The GS-911 cannot do this recoding.
