Same issue here. Got the GS-911 this morning and unable to download software. ....And now we wait ?? :-[

Just checked and had no trouble with a download

I was able to get the software.... the site came back up. But now its not registering my device. I click "device registration" in the software.... and it just says continues to load without ever asking me for information to send an email to

Interesting, their web system has been very reliable over the time I have doing beta testing, they have only had 2 outages I can recall but it does sound like there is a problem there right now at least on the device registration. Get your software etc set up, it is about 3.30am there now so a few hours before they are on deck to take a look

Again same experience here. Able to load and execute the downloader, but after running it, "WAITING FOR UPGRADES.HEXCODE.CO.SA.............." forever. :-[ No registration either. So since I'm new here with a false start, I cannot really confirm the server is running reliably. Got a $300 yellow/orange paper weight sitting on my desk.

Same here... bought the $400 wifi unit and i cant do anything with it. Not happy so far

the WIFI unit just arrived in the mail box this morning. Not able to register the unit and download the software. Been checking on the site several times and no go...Not happy at all..

Hexcode will be on deck in a few hours and I am sure the problem will be resolved very quickly

OK, good news. The Hexcom server came up this morning. Was able to register and flash the firmware. Got it connected to the bike and worked as advertised. Regards.
