Clearing the adaptive values

Hi to All,
I would like to clear the current learned adaptive values and display a new chart ( no parts or equipment is being added or replaced at this time ).
I am trying to establish a new starting point before adding a AF-xied, so as to monitor the differences.

What is the process to clear the current adaptive values on the 2012, R1200R.
