Seems no BMW R NineT listed on the Android mobile app?

Are you referring to using a a WiFi or USB unit on Android ?

The release notes for the latest version indicate support for the R NineT model was added

OK, does sound like that app needs updating, suggest you lodge a support ticket with Hexcode. The Win App has the model so you could use it for now

Well annoying that I pay $10 for an app that doesn't support a model that has been out for 12 months! I need the BT functionality to do logs

Lodge the support ticket, I am surprised it has not been updated and I expect they are working on it, v1411 with R Nine T support was released in late December so support for it is relatively new

In the same situation you are with the R nine T, as a scooter owner that has been out since 2012 the app for the Android and BlackBerry are both out of date. The last time the blackberry app was updated was 2009 and the android was 2013 neither one has the scooter. I also paid extra for the blue tooth version of the gs911but it has no benefit for me either. The hex code support team suggested carrying our laptop computer. On the laptop I can access the scooter but this does not help as I do not plan on carrying my laptop when I travel.

So sent 3 emails to Hexcode support and no response. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!

They are basically ripping people off as I paid $10 for an app that doesn't have support for my bike model.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received any reply. Hex Code are in my experience usually pretty responsive. ???

I actually have no idea if this will work (maybe someone else knows?) but have you tried any of the models that possibly could be similar?

Check which models have the same controllers as the R Nine T, BMS-K, ABS-8 and so on and try selecting that model instead. If one doesn't work, maybe another one will?
