ESA not recognized
Dann:
I replaced my rear ESA strut on my R1200RT 2007.
When I try to recalibrate it, I get the following message:
" No ESA that can be recalibrated is fitted on this motorcycle"
My bike is fitted with ESA. It's actually stuck on the one helmet position.
When my ESA stopped working, ( The settings would change on the instrument cluster but the strut would'nt move) I brought it to the dealer and they tried to reprogram it.
They're computer couldn't do it and this is when it got stuck at one helmet.
They told me that the rear strut needed to be replaced.
Do I need to go back to the dealer and have them reprogram my ZFE?
Dann:
I went to the dealer today and he reprogramed the ESA.
Everything is working now but when I perform an autoscan the ESA doesn't appear in the list ?...
I'm able to do a succesful rear strut calibration. which means it's working.
Shouldn't the ESA function be mentionned somewhere?

WayneC:
Lodge a support ticket with Hexcode so they are aware of it, it will likely be associated with the new firmware revisions programmed by the dealer, the item which indicates it is "Actual I-Level: Unknown I-Level:0x85"
Dann:
Thanks for the answer.
I'll lodge a support ticket with Hexcode

I have a question for developers who are present in this forum, as the heldesk not help me !. Work is a version which is able to calibrate ESA chassis without HALL sensor ??? I bought a GS911 only for calibration rear shock. To this day, it does not work and I am very angry! You lie to customers. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
