Possibility to cancel the french restrictor

Hello everybody.

I'm french and have a 2014 R1200GS. In my country, bikes are restricted to 106HP.
My question is simple : Would it be possible, with one of the HexCode products, to cancel the restriction, and get the original power of the bike (around 120 HP). Indeed, BMW France refuses to do it for me because it's illegal. The only option for me would be to do it in Italy but I don't have time for that.
