2007 R1200GS horn functions in the ZFE module

As it turns out the control wire for the relay was pinched under the gas tank.
 I checked ohms to ground and sure enough a dead short.
I replaced that wire and routed everything correctly and all is well.
Except now the fault is Open which I too can live with.
