The functions etc in Unlimited Pro are the same, it is simply licensed for an unlimited number of VINs

Hi,
Is this a one time pay for the unlimited pro license? To say: I only want unlimited VIN, not really early access or priority releases.
 Or an annual subscription?

  Second scenario: While on the annual subscription, I use it for more VIN's. If there is no renewal after the 12 months, do I still have the number of VIN's used before accessing the pro subscription?
 Example:
 2 used before (Pro Subscription )
30 used while on (Pro Subscription)
 ? 8 out of 10 free ( If no Pro subscription renewal) ?
