ezCAN Accessory Manager Crashing

Hi, I've just purchased an ezCAN for my BMW R1300 GS, but after registering the device when I try to use the accessory manager application, the app crashes during 'verifying registration'. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I have a support ticket raised, but so far they haven't been able to fix it and thought I'd ask the community as well.

I've tried on a MacBook and a Windows PC, both do the same, so don't think it is computer related.
