2021 BMW S1000rr K67 error codes

 Hi , if somebody could perhaps help with some information it would be greatly appreciated.
A year ago the exhaust valve servo was removed and "servo buddy" fitted in its place . Apart from that the bike is stock.
A few days ago went out and had engine fault warnings with limp mode. Cycled IGN , cleared warnings & road home.   Today the same happened a  few times when riding harder with more higher throttle inputs.
Had the codes read today and they instantly re appear after clearing . I've not tried any resets yet as ran out of time.
Be interested to know whether this is a common issue with  a hardware component Throttle related that's failed  .. or a possible bad "servo" buddy causing the knock on effect of errors ?
I will be re fitting servo tmrw to possible fuel it out .
