This post is to acknowledge the timely, correct, helpful, and patient service I received from Hex. I recently did something that reduced the screens on my TFT to a generic version instead of that appropriate to my R1250RS. Jan and the Helpdesk team directed me on restoring coding to the last good date stamp, and the problem was solved. I had spent the weekend anticipating that I would have to go to BMW, hat in hand, and ask them to restore the TFT. Whew!
