GS-911 Software update... Now it won't work?

Best to open a ticket with support so that they can walk through a troubleshoot process with you.

Hi, same problem for me. Also, my antivirus detect problem with last update. Sorry but now i can’t use my GS-911.

Best to open a ticket with support so that they can amalgamate all the information.

I did send an email to support last week.

No response yet.

I did download the software on my son's laptop and GS-911 works fine.

I then went back to my laptop and tried again. No luck. Download goes fine but I can't run program. I have Norton antivirus.
Norton does check download and reports it as safe.

I then switched off Norton and tried again to install again..
This time it worked.

When  Norton comes back on, GS-911 won't run anymore.
I have to uninstall and reinstall with Norton off.

GS-911 will only install and run with Norton switched off!!

I've had Norton on my laptop even before I bought the GS-911.

I hope this helps others!!

You should be able to tell Norton not to monitor the GS911 App after you have installed it, not unusual for AV products to give false positives & cause issues, the debug logs would be handy for support, I ave also had to report to AV Co's of issues with other software in the past so a report to Norton would be worthwhile, if no one  tells them then they cant be expected to resolve an issue
