Codes 9313, 9314, and A31A

I've got a 2008 F650gs that I bought (for cheap) that doesn't start.

I get the following intermittent codes: 9313, 9314, and A31A; all of which include the text "No CAN message (from DME)".

The bike cranks, and sometimes fires a few times, so I suspect a fuel problem. I had the injectors cleaned and tested, and checked the fuel pump (it does pump fuel when the bike cranks - it's possible the pressure is too low).

Any ideas?

Are you referring to an F650GS single or an F650GS twin ?

This is the twin 800cc version.
