S1000RR TPMS - real/non-compensated values
« on: June 13, 2024, 12:00:17 AM »
Hello,
Is it possible to add setting for TPMS which allow me to pick if I would like to see real-time or compensated tire pressure values?
I have S1000RR K67 which show just values compensated to 20°C tire's air temp ... .

Maybe I did not clarify my need properly.
S1000 RR is per BMW opinion bike for trackdays, but for some very strange reason I cannot see real tire preasure. This not very track oriented as many of the road homologated track tires coming with just hot tire pressures, so it would be very useful, to see what the pressures are as I'm riding.
Obviously, it is about convenience, but it will safe some money on tires as well... .

Tracks the real-time tire pressure by utilizing sensors that are installed in each tire. The computer of your vehicle receives actual tire pressure readings from these sensors.

Yes, but it is temperature-compensated.
