Heated Grips 6 setting

Hi all
I have a 2021 GS1250 and using the GS911 wifi

The Bike has the factory heated seat option so the 5 setting's.

But I cannot seem to get the 6 settings option to work. I have got the 6 settings option to work on the wifes f750gs. So if anyone can help with what I'm not doing right.

I have also tried to change it to just 3 settings but it will not change on the bike although on the interface it will change

The way the 750gs and 1250gs are activating the grips is different and I’m guessing the heated seat is also causing problems for the 1250gs. It’s not the end of the world but just wanted to see if I was doing something wrong. But thanks for the response

Hi Scotty

We've found on some bikes it just can't activate the 6th level of heated grips. It might be worth it to ensure your bike is on the latest OEM software from BMW and then attempt it again, but cannot guarantee that this will resolve it unfortunately.

I will try and get down to my dealer and see if they can check if the bike is up to date with it's software. It's not the end of the world about getting this setting on my bike but it was just I had not seen anyone saying they couldn't get the 6th setting as everyone was saying that thery had got the extra setting using the tool. So I thought I needed to ask to see what I was doing wrong.
