I was doing a deep dive into the latest PC app 2308.1. (Updated app and interface) Bike is a 2015 F700 GS.
Under Engine Controller/Service Functions/(off and online)BMSK Configurations there is a setting for wheel radius that lists 190/50-17, 180/55-17 and 190/55-17 none of which are remotely close to the OEM and current size of 140/80-17 this bike has.
Also under Vehicle Electronics/Service Functions/(offline)ZFE Configurations/Turn Indicators there is a setting for Rear Wheel Circumference that lists 1878, 1903, 1939 and 1981 mm again none of which are close to the 2018 actual of the 1/3 worn tire on it.
What would these setting do? I played with them and none seemed to have any effect on the consistently inaccurate speedo.
There is also a setting for Tank Capacity that has a list that goes from 3-37 litres with 10 steps in it (every size BMW makes?) 16 which is the tank size wasn't selected so I did, what does this effect?
You also show a selection for the Kombi 7 which this bike has (can-kombi-k7) but those choices aren't there.
Thanks in advance for struggling through this post ;D

Hi GS Jim,
Thanks for going through the trouble of doing a thorough deep dive and giving feedback.
Wilco will have to chime in on those wheel radius/circumference values as well as the tank capacity, but I am fairly certain those are the standard values on file for those controllers.
Regarding the KOMBI 7 service function choices, are you sure you were looking in the Online (HEX Cloud) list of service functions?
See this image:
If you have indeed used that menu please upload your GS-911 Diagnostics debug logs (https://www.hexgs911.com/faq/how-do-i-send-my-debug-log-files/) so we can determine why you are not seeing them on your bike.
Best regards,
Francois

circumferences for F700 std tyre sizes
https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=110-80r19-140-70r17
110/80-19 140/70-17
Diameter inches (mm) 25.93 (658.6) 24.72 (627.8 )
Width inches (mm) 4.33 (110) 5.51 (140)
Circum. inches (mm) 81.46 (2069.05) 77.65 (1972.29)
Sidewall Height inches (mm) 3.46 (88) 3.86 (98)
Revolutions per mile (km) 777.82 (483.31) 815.98 (507.02)
Wheel sizes shown are the same on the motoscan app - and seem to relate to road bike focused 17" wheels and tyres of their large capacity bikes...
I believe the idea is to get the circumference of the front and rear wheels in the bikes brain matching up - so that the info it sees from the ABS sensors is aligned with the safety feature tables - they usually allow a 10% variance between each end before nanny intervention (to cope with a odd readings, different tyre brands, or tyre wear), so if you fiddle or change wheel diameter, expect things to not work correctly - its more likely Traction Control intervention that will be incorrectly triggered, rather than the ABS doing things, as ABS allows a wide range of difference as one bike wheel might have grip and another have none - but certainly the original 2007 ABS2 TC is based on the same indication of wheel travel being seen at both ends

Yes Francois I was looking in the online list. Tried again with same result. I sent the logs, or at least I think I did.
I can't figure out how to attach a jpg from my laptops hard drive. I viewed a post by Jughead and I still can't. On the reply window under "Attach" I choose the file, and then what? Also tried the "insert image" button above the text window but it won't paste between the img/img text.
GS Jim:
Oops I accidently did it Haha
GS Jim:
The pics don't show up in the preview so I didn't think they were there.
