Daisy Chaining Ezcans together
« on: November 10, 2022, 05:20:32 PM »
I have 2 ezcans on my 16 R1200GSA.  They work great.  Are there any tricks on controlling the two units separately or will adjusting aux lights on unit 1 also always adjust aux1 on unit 2?

Would be a good upgrade to allow you to select which ezcan you are controlling.

Hi TSConver

Thank you for reaching out. We are looking at a feature to "Disable" handlebar controls, this stems more from the GPS units that use the wonder wheel to navigate as well.

For the purpose of controller aux lights separately, though, you can set 1 set of lights up as auxiliary lights 1, and another as aux lights 2. With 2 sets configured as aux 1 and another as 2, you can operate them independently. If you have more than 2 sets though, I'd suggest setting the lights that require a lot of changes on the go, up as aux 1 or 2, and the other 2 sets as the other.

Kind regards
Ruan
