Hello - R9T User

Hi Guys,

Bought my GS-911 and it seems to have limited capabilities on a R9T compared to other BMW? Or is it just me?

I have removed the head light and indicators as its for track use but cant find how to remove bulb error warming from dash...

Thanks

Andy

Hi AndyS

Congratulations on the purchase of your GS-911! The GS-911 is a diagnostics tool which allows the clearing of fault codes after the fault has been rectified. As you are removing the lamps for the track day, the fault will remain present until corrected.

For most track bikes (S1000RR, S1000R), you can disable the lamp warning within the cluster menu, I've included a video on this below:

You can send through an autoscan of your R9T, but I'm not sure whether this option will be available in your bike's cluster - mostly considered for urban use, which means you don't want to allow the rider to disable the lamp error.

Kind regards
Ruan
