2203.3 Software Installation Failure

I'm experiencing the same failure trying to upgrade to GS-911Diagnostics-v2203.3.exe as I had with an earlier version.  After downloading and attempting an installation on my Windows 10 virtual machine, the process halts at "Downloading GS-911.exe" and the installation window disappears.  My diagnostic program remains at v2201.3.  While this probably won't affect use of the device on my 2007 R1200ST, it may affect my use of the device on newer bikes for club members.

Just to close this thread out, on the advice of Hexcode I ran the .exe file as administrator and was successful.  I just hope this doesn't become the norm.
