This is easily the biggest flaw in the whole GS-911 scheme. Someone should have started documenting and publishing the fault codes long ago.

It is not a simple thing to create a fault code list due to the way fault codes are generated, it is not like the mandated fault codes under OBDII spec & even in that spec the mandated codes are only a small % of the fault codes which may be generated on OBDII compliant vehicles. Many fault codes are model specific

But it is a simple thing to keep a running log of fault codes encountered along with model and year and cause. Not looking for perfection or 100% coverage.

Anyone had any experience with a P0021 fault code detected? If so what was your fix/outcome....
