2002 f650gs dakar idle air control adaptations won't reset - conditions not righ

The GS911 was developed after 8000 Series firmware was the normal for the single spark 650GS, there has only been one other thread with a problem of inability to do a reset & that was 5000 series again with a diagnosis index of 2 rather than the 4 of 8000 series
