GS-911 wont work

Hi, I need some help. I have two R1200rtp bikes, one 2012, & 2013. I keep getting a "NO RESPONSE FROM CONTRTOLLER" when I try to re-set the date. The service display. On the interment cluster message, still says SERVICE. I have rechecked that I have the newest downloads and used a hard wirer connection. Every other function seems to work ok. Pleas help... :-\

A little more info would be needed to assist

1/ Is it a GS911 or GS911 WiFi you are using
2/ Some info on the PC & software, Windows 7 or 10 ?
3/ PC Application Version * is it installed or just downloaded

Hi, I have the GS-911 WIFI model, although I hard wirer it. I have used two lap top computers. One is a windows 7, and one is a 10. I have uploaded using the GS 911 down loader. I did down load updates once. No matter witch Bike (I have a 2012 & 2013), or witch computer I use. I run the auto scan first. Then when I go to the place I add my new service date it's ghostlike. It tells me "NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROLLER", and won't let me update it. So I still show "SERVICE" in my interment cluster. Every other aspect of the 911 Interphase seems to work okay on ether of the Bikes, using ether of the computers. Best regards Aaron...

You have not stated whether you have downloaded, installed & are using the PC Application, only that you have the WiFi Utility & downloader

Re the firmware in the GS911 WiFi, it needs to be kept up to date to access the Cloud capability, there have been firmware updates recently

If you have downloaded, installed & are using the latest PC Application Version 2004-2 & getting the error then lodge a support ticket with Hexcode

As Wayne said, logging a ticket with support is your best bet.
Support will ask for your logs and then one of us developers can have a look at exactly what is happening.
