Ray, lodge a support ticket with Hexcode help desk so they can look at the logs & see what is happening, certainly odd for no comms

I can only think there is a wiring problem, chafing perhaps pulling the VBat down or the earth to the diags socket is poor, there is a known chafing point on the X up where rear subframe bolts on from memory
